Ordering & Eligibility
Who is eligible to order artwork?
The program is currently available to employees with approved Room Id's assigned to private offices in the El Segundo Tower. Eligibility may expand in future phases.
How many pieces can I order?
Each approved Room Id is limited to one order of a pre-set layout bundle.
Can I change my order after submitting it?
Once submitted, orders cannot be modified. If you need to make a change, please contact support as soon as possible.
What happens after I submit my order?
Your order will be routed to your manager for approval. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation and your order will move into processing.
How do I track my order?
You will receive email updates throughout the process. Within approximately 4 weeks of manager approval, you will receive an email notification when your artwork has been delivered to the Mattel warehouse in El Segundo.
Artwork & Customization
What artwork can I choose from?
You can select from a curated catalog of Mattel brand artwork across a variety of brands, including Barbie, Hot Wheels, UNO, and more.
Can I upload or request custom artwork to be framed?
No—only artwork available within the Corporate Art Program catalog can be selected.
What layout options are available?
There are five pre-approved layouts:
- Single Portrait
- Single Landscape
- Two Portrait
- Three Portrait
- Four Landscape
Can I mix and match artwork within a gallery layout?
Yes—gallery layouts allow you to select different artworks to complete the set.
What frame options are available?
Frames are available in:
- Satin Black
- Satin Silver
- White
- Red
- Hot Pink
Can I still have my own artwork?
Please consult new floor guidelines or confirm with Facilities.
Can I add this artwork to my own artwork?
Possibly. Existing artwork may impact placement. Final installation decisions will be made by Facilities.
Cost & Payment
How much does the artwork cost?
Costs vary by layout and will be displayed during checkout. While your total will appear as $0 at checkout with the discount, the full cost will be cross-charged to your department’s cost center.
Do I need budget approval?
If you are unsure whether your department has budget for artwork, please check with your manager before placing an order.
Delivery & Installation
How does the artwork deliver to my office?
You will receive an email when your artwork arrives at the El Segundo warehouse, and your artwork should be delivered to your office within 5 business days.
How is the artwork installed?
Once your artwork arrives to the warehouse, Facilities will contact you within approximately 5 days to schedule installation. Install timing may vary based on availability.
Can I install the artwork myself?
No—installation is handled by Facilities to ensure proper placement and consistency.
Office Logistics
What if I don’t know my office number or Room Id?
Reference the office Floor Plan to locate your Room Id before checkout.
Can I order a replacement or additional piece later?
At this time, only one order per approved Room Id is permitted. Program updates may allow for future refreshes.
Support & Issues
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive email updates at key stages, including order confirmation, shipping confirmation, out for delivery, delivery confirmation, and installation scheduling.
What if my artwork arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact support immediately so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
